Essential Cookies
The website uses essential cookies or session storage to protect forms, preserve temporary messages, keep you signed in and support secure admin authentication. These cannot be switched off through the banner below, because the site cannot function securely without them.
Session Cookies
Session cookies help protect contact, booking request and admin forms from abuse. They are not intended for advertising profiling.
Cookie Consent Choice
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named mh_cookie_consent for up to 180 days so the banner does not reappear on every page. If you accept, we also keep a short anonymous record (timestamp, an irreversibly hashed IP address and browser type) that consent was given, so Memory Heroes can demonstrate compliance if asked. If you decline, no such record is created. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the mh_cookie_consent cookie in your browser, which brings the banner back on your next visit.
First-party analytics
If enabled, Memory Heroes records optional, privacy-limited website analytics only after you accept non-essential cookies. This can include the page path, product or destination view, referrer domain, campaign UTM values and a coarse browser/device family. A raw IP address, full referrer URL, full user agent, visitor profile and analytics tracking cookie are not stored. A salted hash may be stored only for coarse visitor-count comparisons when the server is configured with a private salt.
Lead reports are based on information you actively submit, such as an inquiry, booking request or trip brief. Campaign attribution is kept in the normal server session and may connect that submission to its first and last campaign context. Rejecting non-essential cookies prevents public page analytics from being recorded; it does not prevent essential forms, login or booking flows from working.
Page translation
If your browser is set to a language other than English, the site offers to translate the page. Nothing is sent to anyone until you press Translate. When you do, your browser loads Google Website Translator, which receives the text of the page you are reading and sets a cookie named googtrans so the next page stays translated. Your choice is also remembered in your browser's local storage (mh_translate); it never leaves your device. Choose Show original, or clear those two items, to stop. Translations are automatic and may contain mistakes; the original English page is the reference for prices, terms and bookings.
Managing Cookies
Visitors can also control cookies through their browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect forms or admin login behavior.
